About Pudding

I operate an amateur weather station on the southern outskirts of Birmingham, United Kingdom. The picture shows the Texas Weather Instruments weather station, currently uploading to wunderground.com. Anemometer and wind vane are located on the wide mast, solar radiation sensor on the narrow one. Sensor height 10 metres above ground, (approx. 1 metre above roof apex). Temp/RH and rain sensors are near to the ground attached to a garden shed. The TWI station is an industrial grade, cabled weather station, and has worked reliably for 12 years. The house is approximately 150 years old, a former coach house. The horse-drawn carriage was kept adjacent to the house. One wall has been retained and a door hinge survives. A dairy farm, (now demolished), was nearby, and there may have been an association.
