Looks like it's going to get real Wintery here in MN tonight. Fosston, MN is already at -18F and they are talking about a possible -25 to -40 Wind Chill Factor by Thursday morning. I hope people remember their dress rules for this kind of weather or there are going to be a lot of frost bite cases at the hospitals tomorrow.

Hi Lori, saw you picture before but didn't make the connection til now.

I've never been to California, much less Northern California. I would have thought you would have gotten the same rain and flooding that has been plaguing Washington and Oregon. I guess you are too far South for that from the sounds of it. It's been a really strange Winter for us. We were supposed to get another Winter like last Winter where is missed the all time snow total by 2 inches. The weathermen are scratching their heads trying to figure out where the snow went. LOL

Hello June,
Only a Canadian or Alaskan can understand and appreciate our weather here in the Upper Midwest. The land I like to call 'The Land of the Frozen Tundra'. One of our local weatherman liked the phrase so well, he is using it now. LOL
