Normally I would not upload a screenshot, but this one shows a Weather Underground radar image from exactly when Hurricane Charley made its direct hit on Port Charlotte, Florida. I did not realize at the time I took this screenshot just how bad Charley was tearing up Port Charlotte, but the many photos posted on this site have shown just how destructive Charley was.

I love weather phenomena. Wunderground is the best weather site I've found on the net - been coming here since '98. And as the handle implies, I like it when it gets hot! Humidity too - no problem. Maybe I'll choose MrHumidity as my handle next time. Oh well, not much humidity here in California anyway - at least not in the summertime. |
