Record high temps in the 60's have got the wild Rubicon River flowing hard. I followed the river for a couple miles looking for a crossing, in the course of this 22 mile ski tour.

Thanks folks. It's a rare treat for me to be this far into the local wilds to witness the spring melt in Rockbound Valley(no matter how premature). I found that crossing I was looking for and it made possible a big ski tour that I've wanted to do for years, documented in the pix I just posted. Thanks for joining me. cheers
