Now and then we DO get those fun formations - might almost make the wind chill worth it tonight! Beautiful image, Susan.

Wild! The darker, foggier cloud on the right is almost the same shape as the one on the left--they look like synchronized swimmers.

About suzi46
suzi46 Living in the mountains of Western Maine on a 15 acre 'gentleman's farm', in a hand hewn log home, has been a wonderful experience these past 6 1/2 years. The photo ops are virtually unlimited what with the surrounding working farms, dozens of lakes, ponds, and brooks, and thousands of acres of forest. Not to mention our own pond and brooks as well as extensive flower gardens, fruit bushes, vines, and trees. The views of Mt Washington and the Presidentials of NH only add to the drama! Not a bad place to be retired..and I am so glad I can share all of this with the wonderful folks on this great site..it has been a wonderful journey and learning experience thus far..and it's only getting better!
