Image taken at Windmill Point where the mouth of the Potomac River meets the lower Chesapeake Bay. The waves were causing some beach erosion at this point. Locals were coming by for a look. Winds were estimated to be sustained around 35 mph with gusts over 50. This picture was taken approximately 90 minutes after Hanna's center had passed through.
