The train running right the downtown is a little annoying when we have celebrations like our tree lighting when our kids bands/choirs are singing! lol To the left is a big train on display and to the right is our town live alligator on display. There is a country market, several antique shops, bakery, feed store, florist, christian gift shop & produce stand in the area as well.
As far as summer rain.. yes there is usually a shower somewhere everyday and if you are on the water then you head for the shore and wait it out.
