Thank you rayona, mrwing13 and Jeannie! Rayona, this is a series of 15 second exposures, taken immediately 0ne-right-after-another. The lights are constantly moving, but a 15 second exposures blurs the edges a LOT. However, the real-time motion isn't this fast. And it is much more smooth, very silky and water-like.
