Thank you Miriam, Susan and Duane!

When you're hot, you're hot! And when you're not, you're not!

(sorry, I couldn't resist...)

Yes Susan, it's freakin' weird! And we're supposed to get down to a more 'seasonable' -40 Thursday night.

Thank you Gil, Charlotte, Mara and Lori!

Charlotte that palm would be so nice for my 'lanai!' :) I'll put it right by the hot tub!

Lori, especially THIS part of Alaska, where we are usually the coldest spot in Alaska!

Did someone say that solar flares don't effect our weather?
I saw an 80+ degree warm up in Greenland in five hours.

Thank you for stopping by Heidrun, HartfordWxMan, Dorothy, John and Michal!

Thankfully Dorothy, it seems to be over. Temp is dropping rapidly and we are now well below freezing.

Michal it's kind of fun to be a bit warmer than beautiful Poland, if only for a few hours!

Amazing huh! It is warmer than usual here too... usually the coldest months of the year. I'm wondering if we might have a dry summer after so many wet ones.

LOVE the log cabin, Katy, but there's no beaten path and no smoke. Did they head off south for the winter? :D
That's really crazy for you to have 42 above in January!! Did you get out and work on your tan--under that palm tree from Charlotte? :D

Thank you Tishu and Kathy!

Kathy the cabin was just as warm inside as out, the palm tree took a wrong turn and went SOUTH, and I guess I'll just have to bask in the heat of the wood stove! :)

Easy come, easy go!
