Photo taken the morning of September 28. Hurricane Juan cut my vacation to Prince Edward Island Canada short. I woke up that morning and found out that Juan was heading directly toward Nova Scotia and northward toward PEI. The weather was very windy, the flag can be seen. The location is Borden Point, and the bridge is the Confederation Bridge. This nine-mile long gem is quite a sight
