I LUV that Global Warming when it comes in massive white storms such as this. We had our earliest trace of snow EVER this year ... a couple months back. Ground-covering snow about 1 month ago, a little less 3-4 days ago, enough to see Thursday night, light flurries yesterday morning, & 50% state-wide, greater in the north, for a 1-in-25'ish year White Christmas.

Great stuff, this G.W.-Thing I keep reading about.

LOL, when I saw the thumbnail I thought it was a pyramid! Hopefully the world won't end covered in snow! Wonderful shot, but you can stop wishing for a white Christmas now or Santa will slide right off your roof! ;)

As a friend of mine used to say when we got snows like this in Minnesota, there's about a tablespoon of water in each flake. Merry Christmas, Susan; thanks for the pics, enjoy it while it lasts! No snow here in western NC; and actually, I'm just as glad! Would rather look at yours!

We're over 4' now (that's fallen, on the ground now probably about 2.5 - 3').....kids all went skiing on Mt Shasta yesterday! 0" up there a couple of weeks ago - now over 5' and good skiing!!..........Peace on Earth
