This fully restored Mosquito has now got about 3 hours flying time on its clock. I has been built for American Jerry Yager (hope I've got that right). he had the re-build done in new Zealand because he could not find the necessary skills anywhere else. :-) This was at an airshow in Auckland's Ardmore Airfield.

Jerry's name is Yagen - not Yager. He comes from Norfolk, VA. He is also having a CAC31 Sabre restored here.

Yes, indeed it is made of wood. Now that the mould is available there is at least one other under construction here in Auckland.

It was a great treat to see it flying.
