Fantastic composition, using the complementary clouds. The fine lines of the building, shadowed by the sun give a crisp contrast to the clouds. I really Like the sepia. Plus the shadowed dark areas in just the right places, and the lead line from the electric wire -- wow, makes for a 10++ photo.

Season's Blessings, Tim.

Exceptional clarity, Tim! I truly feel as if I am included in the scene, as a fascinated observer. Can't believe the damage those dusty winds do, as many times as I've been through them. Your great clouds enhance the scene perfectly. Great shot! 10!

About docshovel39
docshovel39 Hello , my name is Tim . I live in the small farming community of Ropesville , Texas with my wife and photo partner Sherry . I got involved with photography because of my older brother Steve - a fantastic photographer who lives outside of Seattle , WA . My favorite work , apart from his , is a terrific book entitled " Ghosts in the Wilderness " by Tony and Eva Worobiec . It captures the remains of small , abandoned rural communities across the Midwest , much of it shot in black and white . I also have become a fan of photographer Jim McGuire . His black and white shots ( nashvilleportraits.com) are amazing . Thank you for your comments and have a GREAT day !
