After looking @ this and several others the suns reflection underneath (not as much as this one) however is really noticeable in others appears to be rising w/ something blocking the bottom parts... Its a cove across the intercoastal where we use to waterski because its always calm so It is the reflection on that very calm cove which gives it that effect!
