Rare diamond dust phenomenon can be observed in the air due to very low temperatures. It occurred in Podlasie - Forecasting Office reported in Bialystok. Diamond dust occurs in certain conditions: at very low air temperatures. The dust is clearly visible in the sun when the sun's rays fall on in the air tiny ice crystals and are reflected in them. Ice crystals are in the form of tiny needles.
