Checking 'Current Conditions' for Oxford PA, and it's radar, shows it's right in the path of the eye of Sandy. So yes, I'm betting it has something to do with it. But then, it's just a guess. Why not, with this shot and the previous one (Edgartown, MA harbor) take another shot, same time & place tomorrow, and the next day?
