Especially when I don't know when ships will arrive and depart. And I had to hike the bridge at this time of day to get this shot.

Thank you ladies. I saw the ship coming in from sea at a distance. I calculated how long it would take for it to get to the bridge. I just had enough time...and I've been waitin' for this opportunity. So I'm glad you appreciate the effort and the results.

COULD I GET AWAY WITH CALLING THIS 'BRITCHES OVER TROUBLED WATERS'?? LOVE THE VIEW. YOUR LABOR WAS WELL WORTH IT. THIS PERSPECTIVE SHOWS JUST HOW MONSTROUS SHIPS CAN BE. ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO THE CUTIE ON THE RIGHT.
I GLADLY GIVE U A '15' FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK.
KEEP SENDING..YOUR SHIP IS BOUND TO COME IN. LOVE & MISCHIEF.

About SunsetSailor
SunsetSailor I love the water, rivers, oceans, muddy marshes - all of it. I especially love being out there in natural world. Obviously lots of you do too. Which is one of the reasons I love this site so much. Thank you all so much for your time and effort to visually share your part of the world with us. And thank you in advance for your honest feedback, which I always learn from, and your kind commentary applause, which always motivates me to get out and shoot more photos. FAQ answer - yes, I do sail and have a 27' Pearson sailboat sometimes seen in my photos.LAURA
