Thanks so much everyone. I can't believe this will most likely be my last large shuttle series I upload to WeatherUndergound. Or that the shuttle program itself is over. It's been a very large part of life for a few generations here on the space coast. We are already working on the next great space vehicle & it looks awesome so far.

For everyone that enjoyed these over the years & encouraged me to share them..THANKS!!! I used to just go for the trill of it & maybe take a picture. Y'all got me to step it up a little for a worthy share & out of that not only do I have great memories but the pictures to go with them:)

Thanks for the AC WunderPhotoMods!!!

The series of events that goes with this series~

NASA chaser plane takes off, dawn, shuttle rolls up & stops for a final close up, then rolls out of sight, down to the end of the runway & turns around, gains speed & takes flight, back into view. Heads south out of sight as it goes down to near Melbourne and turns around at the Pineda Causeway, heading north again. She comes back into view & buzzes us one last time as she leaves for California.

wow! Fabulous shot & very interesting series. 10s on all.
Congratulations on this wonderful AC. Thank you very much for your Space Shuttle photos from the past. I have enjoyed them very much. Sorry & sad to see this era come to an end. I used to have fun tracking them from years ago. The space flights are not as interesting to me anymore.
