The logs that washed down during the first round of storms from the pineapple express were huge. Glad to see they are still out there after last night's heavy rainfall.

A once small and harmless looking creek in its fury carrying incredible amounts and sizes of logs and then depositing them on a river bank !
Great flood series, Lori !

We were hoping that really big one would wash down. lol Now, if it will just stay there, otherwise it will be someone else's firewood. It's huge!

Great capture, at least the large logs are on the bank & not impeding the flow of water.

Not really a bank, but a pile up of gravel the makes the creek fork tight there. The actual bank is way on the other side. That's why the logs staying there is a bit precarious. they are on an island!

Next year's firewood for sure. It has stopped raining right now, and the sun is struggling to come out from behind the heavy cloud cover. Thanks, Carol.

Better let it dry first Lori, it might put your camp fire out. Great job on the water, looks like a flowing cloud.

LOL - well, after cutting them and letting them sit through one of our long hot summers, I bet the will do pretty good. Now all we have to do is figure out how to get them...
