Yes Arlene, it has been a weird spring! One of the things I've noticed here is the almost complete lack of insects. In April, during a mild spell, I saw lots; now there's not a one evident!

Bill we got over four inches but the sun is out now but windy again however if the farmers are ever going to get into the field I guess we need the wind. Our trees are finally showing some green too and I had a few tulips on the south side of the house but not one flowering tree yet, it has been one weird spring.

The leaves are a bit more prominent today (Wednesday) Heidrun, and the weather is to be reasonably mild, so the greening should continue!

I'll likely be out and about Michael, if the weather holds, and will post regularly.

Winter has finally crossed over to spring !
The dandelions have come out nicely, but it seems the leaves will need more days like this with warm temperatures !
Lovely spring shot, Bill !

Bill, I never seen trees bare so late in may before, I wonder how fast the trees can bloom with it being so late?
Can you post pictures every few days?
Michael.

Bill did you also get five days of rain up there? It sure is soggy down here. It looks like your trees are about like ours, though some green is finally showing; we had the coldest April on record.
