Welcome to my little corner of paradise where I live as a happy camper. I have 7 RV spot hook-ups for rental.The bay is my front door and the wetlands are my backdoor. My enjoyment out of each day is photography, focusing mostly on birds and wildflowers. There are 11 miles of natural shell beach. I would have to say birds are more plentiful and a wider variety of birds than any where else along the Texas Coast.(IMHO) http://www.pbase.com/gkp/galleries This is a very historical beach, still rustic and considered a ghost town and also, the end of the earth. It still offers many attractions of fishing, boating, swimming,birding and nature. I use a Cannon 10D and my most used lens is the Cannon 100-400mm lens for wildlife and bird photography.
