Thank you all for nice comments and votes.NoleDawg the big one is my ex-girlfriend,she paid me a visit yesterday.First time i took pictures of this eagel was back in 2006,and since that she have paid me a visit every year.gingyb...The red fish we call Uer in Norway and latin name is Sebastes norvegicus,and when you put that fish in salt for two days and boil it,you get the best dinner ever.

I don't know about putting that pink fish in salt for 2 days and then it tastes good. I've tried Norwegian lutefish and you guys can keep that. Anything fish you have to soak in salt for 2 days can't be that good. = )
