This photo (looking west) explains it better than anything else with the storm to the west or right of the photo, and clearing finally beginning to appear to the east or left this evening.

About Aeclightning
Aeclightning Halo there! My name is Alan, a Corpus Christian in South Texas who I deem myself smart and my interests are rather different then from many others my age today in society. You may guess that I have an interest in pursuing a career in Meteorology. So yes, I like weather (and Thunderstorms) very much and have gained a significant amount of knowledge in this field and more so in convective elements.I enjoy the extremes of weather such as and especially Lightning and violent events that occur in storms (such as large hail), and sites in the sky that are amazing or unusual to see as another example. You likely will not see much of any pictures such as "clear days" from me. But mostly Extremes that I will be taking on my Kodak Digital Zoom camera.Since I have so far lived in South Texas and in Corpus Christi, TX, all of my life to now, there is definitely not very much of that here a lot of times. But every now and then there is, and at least one significant event annually. So I try to make the best out of anything that comes this way; usually in the mid Fall and mid-very late Spring seasons, right before the sometimes unbearable (but withstand able) summer heat arrives.
