You don't see live steam very often anymore.
My guess would be England or at least in Great Britain as the locomotives are painted green and England's racing color is BRG (British Racing Green)and they love to paint racing cars and locomotives that dark green color . Also on the front of the engine on the left there is a small white emblem with a thin line red cross which I believe is the Cross of Saint George , which is the national emblem for England. Or as Sir Charles Barkly would say - I could be wrong, but, I do not think so.
