The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Central Somerset County in west central Maine...
central Franklin County in western Maine...

* until 645 PM EDT

* at 607 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated a line of severe
thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60
mph. These storms were located along a line extending from 13 miles
southwest of Rockwood to 14 miles north of Bingham to 10 miles
southwest of Carrabassett Valley... and moving east at 35 mph.

* Locations impacted include...
Kingfield... Bingham... Carrabassett Valley... Anson... Embden...
Brighton Plantation... Caratunk Plantation... Highland Plantation...
