II. PACIFIC REQUIREMENTS
    1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
    2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY: TWO WC-130J AIRCRAFT
       WILL FLY IN SUPPORT OF EL NINO/AR OPERATIONS.

       A. FIRST MISSION WILL DEPART HICKAM AFB AT
       13/1800Z FOR A 10.5-HOUR MISSION NORTH OF HAWAII.

       B. SECOND MISSION WILL DEPART MCCHORD AFB AT
       13/1800Z FOR A 12-HOUR MISSION WEST OF MCCHORD.

    3. REMARKS: THE GLOBAL HAWK IS SCHEDULED TO FLY A 22 HOUR
       RESEARCH MISSION IN THE PACIFIC WEST OF THEIR TAKEOFF
       LOCATION OF EDWARDS AFB IN SUPPORT OF THE EL NINO WINTER
       STORM PROJECT. DEPARTING 12/1830Z AND FLYING BETWEEN
       55,000 AND 65,000 FT. ANTICIPATING 70 DROPS.
