Areas of fog have developed over much of northern Ontario overnight.
Fog will be locally dense with visibilities dropping to near zero at
times in some locales.
Temperatures west of Thunder Bay area may be near or below freezing
early this morning. This may result in icy and slippery conditions
on untreated roads.
Conditions are expected to slowly improve this morning.
