M.D. Of Big Lakes near Swan Hills
M.D. Of Big Lakes near Joussard and East Prairie metis
M.D. Of Big Lakes near driftpile Faust and Kinuso
M.D. Of Lesser Slave River near Slave Lake and saulteaux.
At 6:05 PM MDT radar indicates a line of intense thunderstorms
running from Slave Lake towards Marlboro. The line is moving
eastward at 10 km/h.
These storms are capable of giving nickel to loonie sized hail,
as well as gusty winds. Some of these storms are very slow
moving so very heavy downpours with local rainfall amounts of
50 to 75 mm. Nickel sized hail are also possible.
This is a warning that severe thunderstorms are imminent or
occurring in these regions. Remember that some severe
thunderstorms produce tornadoes. Listen for updated warnings.
