the current mild and wet or snowy conditions over the interior will
turn dry and cold over the next two days.

An Arctic cold front will move southwards across the central interior
today and the southern interior on Friday. Some light snow and
gusty northerly winds will accompany the front. An extended period of
cold dry weather is expected. Also expect extensive valley cloud with
sunny skies at higher elevations through much of the interior next
week.
