A blowing dust advisory remains in effect from 8 am this morning
to 6 PM PDT this evening.

* Timing: Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon.

* Winds: 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. Locally stronger
gusts in wind prone areas west of Highway 95.

mile possible.

* Waves heights on pyramid lake: 2 to 5 feet with highest waves
on the north and east shores.

* Small boats will be prone to capsizing and should remain off
lake waters until conditions improve.

* Other impacts: poor visibility will create difficult driving
conditions especially downwind of dry sinks and Lake Beds.
Winds may blow away unsecured outdoor items like patio
furniture or camping gear.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A blowing dust advisory means that blowing dust will restrict
visibilities. Travelers are urged to use caution.
