Breezy. Cloudy with a 20 percent chance of showers in the afternoon. Snow level around 7000 feet. Highs 61 to 66. Southeast wind 5 to 15 mph becoming south 15 to 25 mph and gusty in the afternoon.
Windy...rain and mountain snow. Snow level lowering to 5000 feet. Snow accumulation of 8 to 10 inches above 7000 feet. Lows 44 to 49. South wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 40 mph.
Tuesday
Windy. Showers in the morning...then scattered showers in the afternoon. Snow level 5000 feet. Additional snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches above 7000 feet. Highs 54 to 59. Southwest wind 20 to 30 mph with gusts to around 40 mph.

The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect from 5 PM Monday to noon MST Tuesday. This warning upgrades the Winter Storm Watch which is no longer in effect.
* Timing... valley rain and mountain snow will develop Monday with widespread valley rain and significant mountain snow expected Monday night and Tuesday.
* Snow accumulations... for locations above 7000 feet... 12 to 18 inches of snow is possible. Between 6000 and 7000 feet... 6 to 12 inches of snow is expected.
* Snow levels... snow levels will initially be around 7000 feet Monday afternoon... then fall to 5000 feet Tuesday morning.
* Winds... breezy to windy with south to southwest winds of 15 to 30 mph and gusts to 45 mph especially across the higher terrain.
* Impacts... significant snowfall is expected above 6000 feet. The strong and gusty south to southwest winds will result in areas of blowing snow... reducing visibilities below a quarter mile at times. Travel conditions will be extremely hazardous. Some roads may become impassable... especially due to drifting of snow and significant accumulation by Tuesday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Storm Warning means heavy snow accumulations are expected. Gusty winds and blowing snow is also possible. This will make travel very difficult or impossible... especially in the mountains.
