Issued: 10:18 AM EST Feb. 12, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Light to moderate snow may result in quick dusting through noon...

A band of light to moderate snow is moving across portions of
upstate South Carolina and the western Piedmont and foothills of
North Carolina. The snow burst may briefly mix with sleet and
result in a dusting across the area... but no additional
accumulations are expected. The area of snow is moving east
between 45-50 mph... and thus any one location should see no more
than an hour to an hour and a half of snow.
