* Timing... snowfall late tonight into Saturday night. Gusty winds
Saturday into Saturday night... can cause blowing snow and subzero
wind chill.
* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions are expected due to
reduced visibility and snow accumulation. Strong winds will
cause blowing and drifting of snow.
* Winds... west 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
