Occasional light rain and drizzle will continue to stream northeastward across much of northern Virginia...western Maryland and the West Virginia Panhandle late this afternoon. Some of the heavier activity...with moderate rain falling across portions of the Potomac Highlands and northern Shenandoah Valley. Much of this activity will be light and intermittent...though visibilities may begin to drop to within a couple of miles with either heavier rain or drizzle. Rainfall of a tenth of an inch or less is expected through 6 PM...with temperatures remaining steady in the upper 40s and lower 50s.
