Patchy fog was developing as the relatively moist airmass in place cools to saturation early this morning amid excellent radiational cooling conditions. Visibilities of three to five miles will be common in foggy areas...with localized reductions to one mile or lower. As the atmosphere continues to cool overnight...coverage of fog will increase. Motorists should exercise caution in foggy areas...and use low beam headlights for best visibility.
