* moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast...
* flood stage is 13.0 feet...
* the river rose above flood stage and will continue rising to near
17.8 feet by this afternoon then begin falling.
* At 18.0 feet... 137th St between 395th and 400th Ave is flooded.
