Statement as of 6:53 AM EST on March 05, 2015

... Sea fog moving inland along the lower South Carolina coast...

Surface observations and coastal webcams indicate sea fog is
moving slowly inland early this morning. The fog could reach as
far inland as Highway 17 with visibilities dropping to 1/4 mile or
less at times. Visibilities could drop to near zero near bodies of
water.

Mariners are urged to remain in port given the extremely low
visibilities just offshore. Visibilities could also drop to near
zero at times in the Intracoastal Waterway.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
