The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow... which is in effect
until 5 PM EST this afternoon.
* Accumulations... .2 to locally 5 inches today.
* Timing... snow showers will taper down by late afternoon.
* Winds... west 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
* Impacts... snow accumulation and blowing snow can make roads
slick... requiring lower speeds and greater distances between
vehicles while driving.
* Temperatures... in the lower 20s.
* Visibilities... locally a half mile or less in snow and blowing
snow.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory is normally issued for a variety of
winter weather conditions such as light snow... blowing
snow... sleet... freezing rain and wind chills. While the weather
