At noon...National Weather Service radars continued to indicate patchy light rain and showers over portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The activity was located south of a Fort Smith to Clayton line. Movement was to the southeast at 25 miles an hour. Through 1:30 PM...scattered light rain will continue to affect southeastern Oklahoma...mainly south of a Heavener to Hugo line. Rainfall amounts should total less than one tenth of an inch.
