... Winter Storm Warning in effect until 11 am MST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Winter
Storm Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect until 11 am MST this
morning. The Winter Weather Advisory is no longer in effect.

* Snow accumulations... additional accumulations of 2 to 5 inches.

* Timing... periodic snow will continue through the late morning
before temperatures gradually warm to above freezing during the afternoon.

* Winds... significant winds are not expected.

* Snow levels... temperatures will be cold enough for snow at all
locations during the morning.

* Local impacts... hazardous travel conditions are expected due
to snow covered and icy roads and reduced visibility in
falling snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow
are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
emergency. If you must travel... keep an extra flashlight... food...
