A Wind Advisory remains in effect from 8 am this morning to 9 PM
MDT this evening.
* Timing... northwest winds will increase steadily this morning and
will remain gusty through early this evening.
* Winds... northwest sustained at 30 to 35 mph with gusts 45 to
50 mph. Locally stronger winds expected along exposed
ridgetops.
* Impacts... travel may be difficult for lightweight and high
profile vehicles especially along east to west oriented
highways. Motorists may need to exercise caution when driving
stretches of Road affected by strong and gusty Crosswinds.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving
difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra
caution.
