The Flood Warning continues for
the Roanoke River near Williamston.
* Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7 am Sunday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 10.8 feet by
next Sunday then begin falling.
* Impact... at 11.0 feet... low land flooding adjacent to the river can
be expected.
