Moderate to heavy rainfall can be expected with this band. Also...sleet will mix in with the rain from north of a Spurger to De Ridder to Oakdale line. Further northwest of a Warren to Jasper to Toledo Bend line...light rain...drizzle and sleet will be possible. Surface temperatures may get close to freezing for northern parts of Vernon...Rapides and Avoyelles Parish before 8 am...with a very light glazing of ice on elevated surfaces. passage of a cold front tonight... and continue through the day
Thursday.

profile vehicles especially on east to west roadways and
