Special Statement
Statement as of 1:45 PM CST on March 01, 2015

... Slick roadways reported over parts of southwest Illinois...

Patchy drizzle and temperatures hovering at or just below the
freezing mark are producing slippery conditions over that part of
southwest Illinois generally north and west of a line from Fairfield
to Pinckneyville. A few accidents have been reported. Persons
traveling across this area this afternoon should do so with
caution and be prepared for slick patches... especially on
elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
