Statement as of 2:21 PM CDT on July 03, 2009
... Red flag warning in effect from 1 PM EDT /noon CDT/ to 7 PM
EDT /6 PM CDT/ Saturday...
The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a red flag
warning due to a combination of relative humidity below 35 percent
and dispersion indices over 75.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now... or will shortly. These conditions will
enhance fire growth potential.
