Synopsis For Far Southern California Coast
At 2 PM PDT...a 1030 mb high was 1000 nm west of Big Sur and a 1029 mb high was over northern Utah. A 1020 mb low was over Ensenada. Offshore flow will prevail through Wednesday except for brief onshore flow during the afternoons. Onshore flow and a coastal eddy is forecast to develop Wednesday night and Thursday.
