Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering west by mid afternoon. Cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Areas of fog by mid afternoon. Waves subsiding to calm to 2 feet...then building to 1 to 3 feet.
Saturday Night
Northwest winds 5 to 15 knots veering north less than 10 knots after midnight. Cloudy. A slight chance of showers through midnight...then a chance of showers after midnight. Areas of fog. Waves subsiding to calm to 2 feet.
Sunday
North winds 10 to 15 knots. Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers through early afternoon. Patchy fog through early afternoon. Waves building to 1 to 3 feet.

The National Weather Service in Marquette has issued a Small Craft Advisory...which is in effect until 6 am EDT early this morning.

* Wind and waves during the small craft advisory: expect sustained winds of up to 24 knots from the south...with gusts up to 31 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 4 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 5 feet possible.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 12 am EDT Saturday with the largest waves expected around 12 am EDT Saturday.

The Gale Warning has been cancelled.
