* Wind and waves during the small craft advisory: expect sustained winds of up to 16 knots from the northeast...with gusts up to 19 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 7 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 10 feet possible.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 10 am EDT Tuesday with the largest waves expected around 10 am EDT Tuesday.
