Wednesday
Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Patchy fog through early afternoon. A chance of rain showers through early afternoon...then a slight chance of rain showers by mid afternoon. Waves subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
Wednesday Night
Northeast winds 10 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy through midnight then decreasing clouds. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet.

* Wind and waves during the small craft advisory: expect
sustained winds of up to 16 knots from the northeast... with
gusts up to 17 knots. The largest expected significant waves
will be 5 feet with a maximum wave height of up to 8 feet
possible.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 11 am EDT
Tuesday with the largest waves expected around 11 am EDT
Tuesday.
