* northeast winds will be on the increase. Sustained northeast to
north winds to 30 knots are expected late tonight and Thursday.
* Waves will build to 4 to 7 feet by late tonight... and continue
at 4 to 7 feet through much of Thursday.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds over 20 knots or
waves greater than 4 feet are expected to produce hazardous
conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners... especially
those operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
Fog can pose a significant hazard to boaters. Visibilities as low
as a few hundred feet are expected this morning. Inexperienced
