evening.

* Wind and waves: during the Small Craft Advisory... expect
sustained winds up to 17 knots from the northeast with gusts
up to 21 knots. The largest expected significant waves will
be 6 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 8 feet.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 3 PM EDT Friday
with the largest waves expected around 3 PM EDT Friday.
